I paid my Telstra bill but I’m cut off still

If the bill was overdue, did you call 132200 and notify them that payment had been made?

 

You could also try chatting with a consultant via Livechat.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
