Hi all, I would like to set Telstra mobile protect on my daughters phone and I have found the instructions on how to do it via the 24x7 app but when I log in on my phone or on the app I can not find “plans and usage” to click on to go to the next set of instructions. There are two seperate areas to click, one is my plan and one is usage- neither have options to continue on with the mobile protect.
Try logging into My Account, selecting the mobile number you wish to apply this service to, then you will see a blue button titled 'Options'. If you click this, you will see an option for Telstra Mobile Protect.
