Since Telstra app changed I can no longer see my data or usage it keepssaying something went wrong try again later but it’s been like this for days have tried turning off phone and deleted app and reinstalled nothing works

I have an extra 100 gb in databank under Telstra special deal. My allowance under pre paid $30 has run out and iPhone won’t send texts or access internet. Why doesn’t it automatically go over to the 100gb so I can use it up?Loretta
