Hi, May I have a moment of your time please, I recently purchased a apple iPhone XS 256GB on the Telstra network, I’ve noticed over the last month or so, the reception signal strength sits at 1-2 bars consistently & at times the device drops from the 4G/4Gx down to 3G network. I’ve tried powering down the device but seems to be doing the same thing, is a Telstra issue or is Apple iOS issue, given its one of their flagship models I was hoping for flagship device performance, could it be a software/programming issue or is it a internal device hardware issue.
