voicemail fail

Started new job a month an iphone 11, set up the voicemail greeting etc,

was apparently working OK,

then a week or so ago my colleague tells me it's going to that automated voice to text thing.. if I go to deal with it or even just listen to messages via:

the "call voicemail" button,

dialling 101

or holding the 1 key,

I get "the service you are calling from does not support Telstra home messages 101...goodbye"


No idea how to fix this.. Anybody successfully dealt with this yet?
