API Network connection time out

Why do I keep getting the API network connection has timed out error message when trying to use the BigPond movies function on my LG TV.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues with being able to access this BigPond Movies service via your Smart TV Smiley Sad Do you have any issues with being able to access the BigPond Movies service via any other access type, like online via a PC or laptop?
