API: The network connection has timed out. Please check your network connection and try again

I get this message when i try and use Bigpond movies on my Samsung smart tv. Until recently has worked without any problems. I have tried to communicate with Bigpond but it appears that they cant seem to understand my problem with the message I keep receiving... and yes I have updated the tv and restarted it.

Please help
