BigPond Movies Samsung Smart TV - No Go !!

Starts to load then pauses, yes all other apps Netflix, Google Play etc work, have reset factory settings and Smart Hub and still no love ?!?!
Going by a few comments here it looks like it has been a problem for a while and if it has been resolved
( by Samsung by the looks of it ) then no information has been passed on or followed up by Telstra....
Any idea when this will be fixed anyone ??
