I’ve been using bigpond movies on my Telstra box for sometime with no problems. Recently it has stopped working and won’t download a movie. It advises that there is a problem with the account. I’ve changed payment system to a CC but still not working and now there is also a charge to the CC for doing nothing. Please advise how to fix bigpond movies.
