Bigpond Movies email

I recently changed my email address and have successfully updated my Telstra account with the new address. However, the Bigpond Movies weekly email continues to come to the old address. When I sign in to Bigpond Movies (with my Telstra ID) it shows the old email address. When I choose the option to manage my email address and password, it takes me to my Telstra account page, where the email address is already the new one !! How do I change Bigpond Movies to recognise the new email address?

Their opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 11pm

Saturday: 11am -11pm

Sunday: 12pm- 10pm
