Wanted to download a movie, “The Great Gilly Hopkins”, tonight. It wouldn’t load so we restarted and now I have been billed twice for the same movie. Can’t  find any help online! Thoughts?

Hi there! We do apologise there was an issue with some BigPond Movies purchases recently which has now been resolved. If you were unable to reach the team by phone, which may have been experiencing higher traffic because of this, you can also email the team at help@bigpondmovies.com for any charge concerns and they'll get back to you with further assistance.

Give Bigpond Movies Support a call on 1800 502 502.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I also got billed twice, was on the phone on hold for over 50mins and then they just hung up!!
So not only will I have to now ring back in the morning I also can’t watch the movie because it hasn’t appeared in my library.

I had the same experience last night, and for the second time! I’ve contacted the phone number, which doesn’t open until 1pm. Did you have any luck recovering your $$?

Hey no haven’t called back yet, the movie appeared in my library about 11pm tho. Will ring when they open about getting a refund for the second billing. Hope you can get refund.
