I have tried adding payment details, it wouldn’t let me link to Telstra bill so I tried adding a credit card, it said it was successful twice and charged me 2x $1 but it’s not on the payment options and I can’t rent a movie! I’ve tried resetting logging out logging back in I’m trying to watch on the Telstra tv

Telstra bill details can be added for post-paid broadband or mobile accounts. If your BigPond Movies email address is a non-BigPond email, it must be linked to your Telstra account in order to charge to your Telstra bill. This can be done by following the prompts at http://tel.st/epw47.
