Hi. I attempted to watch a movie ‘Lady Bird’ today. I pressed watch now but it froze. I then checked my library and it wasn’t there. I then attempted again and the same thing happened. So I was charged twice for it and I haven’t been able to view it. I even turned TV on and off again. Then when I went back to the movies and viewed the selection it froze on Jonny English and can now see I have an invoice for this movie!!!! So basically this evening I have been charged $5.99 x 3 but not able to view the movie I wanted plus charged for a movie I don’t wish to watch. Please advise.
