Re: LOGGING OUT

BigPond Movies on the Telstra TV uses the Telstra ID that was used to activate your Telstra TV.  If you simply want to prevent people from purchasing/renting through this app you can lock this with a pin. While you have the BigPond Movies app open you can press the * button on the remote and then go to Settings.

To register your Telstra TV to a different Telstra ID, you will need to restore the Telstra TV to factory default settings.

  1. In the Telstra TV menu select Settings
  2. Select System
  3. Select Advanced system settings
  4. Select Factory reset
  5. Enter the 4-digit code shown on your TV screen
  6. Press OK.

Good to know:

  • A factory reset won’t cancel app subscriptions from other companies. Contact the app provider if you want to cancel them.
