I rented a bigpond movie, and it wont play, saying it can’t play the movie due to an ‘ooyala account’ issue. What can I do to fix this? I already paid to rent the movie, and now can’t watch it?

You will need to contact Bigpond support on 1800 502 502.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
