I downloaded Spider-Man from Telstra box office movies and I downloaded it in HD high definition and I wanted in SD standard definition because my device is apparently don't work with HD Telstra only HD other things just not HD Telstra it's kind of crazy so I'm just wondering if I can get Telstra to switch it over to SD so I can watch this movie how the hell do I get Telstra to do that cause I've already call them and spoke to two different people to different places and they are very unhelpful the computer answering machine is extremely unhelpful it asks all the wrong questions and leads you around The Bends
