big pond movie

I have 2 free movie rental per month on my package but I have just received a bill for both movies.

You will need to give Bigpond Movies a call on 1800 502 502 (after 10am AEST) to find out what is going on. Nobody here can access the billing systems to check.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
