Having tried to stop the Apple Music subscription via the App which failed I called and was given a $22.98 rebate. I had it recorded that I did not wish to continue the subs. I notice the following month I have again been charged 11.99 x 2 for Apple Music. I refuse to pay my Bill, it’s the reason why I have not gone direct debit and I shall now set up a complaint with the ombudsman. I am sick of the incompetence. It’s bad enough I have to put up with a **bleep**ty service.
