So its become clear that this is now nothing more that a revenue earner and telstra is doing zero about it. Three times ive had to call up and have this AirG scam unsubscribed from my mobile service.
On each occasion AirG can give me no details on my apparant accepting the t&c's of their contract! At NO POINT have i subscribed. I've also demanded on each occasion that they ban my number from ever being accessed by them, not possible, yet they seem to be able to ban people from using their service as per their own faq page.
Premium sms barring is already in place and I have emails confirming this....yet im still having to deal with AirG when they send me a sms saying ive subscribed at 95cents per day.
A total rort! I want my 95cents per day that they've billed me for back in my pocket and not a phone credit! I want them banned from having any dealings with me and trying to get this sorted at a telstra shop is impossible. IVE TRIED and wasted so much time there.
Does one really have to cancel their telstra phone service and then move onto another telco who doesn't partake in such dodgy practices? Does one have to lose their number in fear of porting it will carry the same problem over?
TELSTRA GET THIS FIXED and have my money returned. Just how does one get a answer?
Solution of clicking on the link airg sends via sms does work as ive no user name or account as ive never signed up! Cancelling my phone only cancels the service ive never agreed to use and also gets me no refund.
Someone from telstra contact me directly please and asap!

Wth further research it seems this link mmakes a big statement about how these third party apps and links are dealing with the telcos. It must be a very fast banner that pops up and vanishes considering when its happened my phone has been just sitting on a desk not being used.
Ones no fool and doesnt open random links. I wan't my refund pronto and someone to get back to me about this asap its such a rort!
Telstra Im still awaiting a response online let alone instore where anyone knows whats going on.
**clicking on the link doesnt work as ive no user name or password since i never created a acount. Too many typos with all the rage and lack of action! The more i research the more common this seems to be happening to others.
Tesltra respond with my refund from this rort that you allow and ban them from being ever able to so called sign me up again! Contacting AirG and they do nothing but pass the buck back onto telstra and say have a nice day.

Regarding refunds its a annoying battle with each company saying its the other who has to do it. Crowd support shows its tesltra that will do the refunding. Share the word these can be blocked. Mean while im porting to Optus as theres no one click 3rd party apps.
