Hi, I've been on a contract for 12 months now (24 option) and only just noticed the ARO fee. I have read other comments by customers in which they received goods at the store upon purchase. I did not receive anything for this, nor told about this additional cost.
How do I retrieve the fee I have paid for the past 12 months?
