Hi we have moved overseas and had closed out account on Jan 10
I have just now received a bill with a $200 credit.
Can you please refund to my bank account now

You can speak to the billing team either by livechat or on +61 2 9242 0213 and they will be able to arrange that for you.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
