I have been given the worst customer service regarding a fault, then compensation, the restriction due to unpaid bill which wasn’t credited then but should have been, then no contact in weeks from complaints manager only to be told the credit was applied and I wasn’t restricted. Despite my internet not working for 10 days. I want my account notes. It contains my information I’m entitled to see it at my request!

Telstra have a Privacy Department
You can ring them in business hours on 1800 039059
