Account transfer

Is there anyway to transfer ownership of my account to somebody else without their permission while still keeping my own phone plan???? Meaning I have another person’s plan on my account which I would like to remove?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Account transfer

If the account is attached to yours in error, then it can be disassociated with yours.

If it is there because you signed up for it on their behalf, then you would need to fill out a transfer of ownership request and they would need to sign it as well.

There is also the nasty option, which would be to cancel the plan that they are on. That should only ever be used if they are unwilling to transfer the plan and expect you to retain the financial obligation. It is always better to resolve by negotiation if possible.

But to answer the original question, you can't transfer ownership to someone else without their knowledge and permission.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
