I am currently out of Australia and I can’t access my Telstra account. I keep getting the response “ No accounts found”. I’ve been out for a month due to visa renewal. I’ve left my job due to the visa renewal process so I am financially not able to pay. I will be back in June and I am not using any of the services at the moment but can Telstra help me out in any way or might as well I come back in June and pay off my debt.
