I've been a loyal Telstra prepaid customer for 15+ years and less than a month after making the switch to a Telstra plan I get hit with bogus AirG charges to my account, NOT IMPRESSED Telstra.
Just thought I'd post this to let everyone know it's late 2018 and Telstra still haven't done anything about AirG charging random people without their consent, was just reading up on this thread:
Imagine my surprise when I noticed it was posted in 2015.

I barred premium sms services and received notification that it was successful on the 19th of october.
And yet I'm still being charged for something I never signed up for
You're speaking to other customers here at Crowd Support.
If you have a complaint, its appropriate you express it in the correct place.... I'm not a Telstra employee but you will be more successful if you appreciate that sometimes things go wrong.
