Applying for a Credit after outage

Hi,

Our Internet & Foxtel experienced a service outage for 4 days 7 hours which was finally resolved last night. Where do I find the link to apply for a Credit for this service outage?

If you've setup your Telstra ID, you can request a credit for a service disruption or outage via the Telstra 24x7 App (https://tel.st/avf9v) or MyAccount (https://tel.st/p8tx7).

There is no link. You need to call 132200 or chat online via Livechat.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
