Bill Query

The address on my bill is incorrect, hence I have not received my paper bill.  And no I do not want an electronic bill.

 

How do I update my address location, to which the services apply?  And without a 30 minute plus phone call.

Hi work, easiest way to make that change immediate, is log into your my accounts page and then billing and edit; and change the address there.

I want to query $65 worth of data usage' im in nz and have phone turned off.. how can this be
