I receive a bill via email. I’m in the U.K. I have credit from a closed account. Telstra won’t let me Live Chat to sort it. I’d like my money paid into my bank account.

Appreciate your patience. It can take 6-8 weeks for a closed account to completely finalise; at which point we send out any remaining balance. Did you pay via direct debit? If so, that's how we'll refund it. - Matthew.
