Bill query

We have been charged an additional $135 on our bill. We recently had a new modem delivered and were told there would no no cost. ?

The modems are covered by a 24-month warranty, how old was your faulty modem?

Modems are usually $216, so that would be an odd amount.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

No. Nobody here has access to Accounts/Billing systems. Crowdsupport is not an official Telstra technical support forum.

 

You can try and get in contact with a consultant via Facebook or Twitter as they are monitoring those social media platforms.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
