Billing Cycle

I have recently Purchased a New 4G Advanced Modem and plan for 8 GB/per month, the billing cycle bar on the device and the site do not show any change in my data usage but by my calculations i have used over a GB already.

How do I activate my Billing Cycle display?

Can I ask, have you downloaded the Telstra 24x7 smart phone app?. If so you can access your usage there. You can also find it online here https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home
