Billing Enquiry/Bonus Data Enquiry

My bill specifically states that I received a 1.5 gig data bonus for the period of December 30th to January 10th.
I did not receive my tablet until January 14th. The tablet was not even shipped until January and due to drama involving Star Track being a useless delivery service, I received the tablet late. Therefore I had no service or data during this time period. So might I ask about that data?
I was given data for a time period in which the service was unavailable.

If you took up a plan which included the bonus data, it will always show the bonus data from the plan start date... if the plan started before you received the tablet because of a startrack issue, then that would be worth speaking to Telstra's account team directly about so that they can adjust the account appropriately.

You would need to contact them either by LiveChat or by phone.
