Billing Error?

So, I made a payment to my plan with Telstra, as it was due. I had enough money in my account and the money was taken successfully. Fast forward a week, my service has stopped. I check my bills and the same bill is there, now overdue. I check my bank, and Telstra returned the money a few days later. Still stating I owe money. What the?. Its like lending money, and refusing to let the person pay the money back. I paid my bill Telstra, it was your choice outside of agreement to return the money. I do not owe you anything, until the next bill, return my service, and live up to your end of the agreement.

Just means something odd happened between your bank and telstra. Pop the the money back through and ring up 132200 to have the services suspended.

No one here can actually do this for you as its a customer to customer support platform
