Billing for NBN package

I have been billed for a full month NBN package. however our phone and internet service was out for 5 days and the TV service was out for 2 days in Nov ?

You need to give 1800 834 273 a call and speak to billing to see if you are eligible for a credit for that time. It is not an automatic process.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
