Memory serves me that Monthly billing is in advance. I assume that means if I port on expiry date or during the last month of a contract then obligations are complete and no billing should occur... thoughts anyone?
If you port out or disconnect during the last month of the contract, you will receive a prorata charge of the termination charge down to that day and a prorata credit of your unused portion of the full months billing. This will typically result in a small prorata refund, however, calling 13 22 00 and say "disconnect" you will get a dedicated team based out of Adelaide who will be able to work out the exact figure for you so you don't end up with any unexpected differences.
