Billing inquiry

Hi,

 

Please be good enough to clarify on the item  in my bill for December.

It has a cost of $ 85/ which I feel is not fare enough. I had a load of problems with the internet & telephone & had to call several times. I even had to come from work ( I am a casual worker), when repairs were done. And on top of that I have been charged $ 85/ which is my day's payment. Please I would like you to consider on this.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
