I just went to pay my bill now but would like the $15 late fee canceled. It is so hard to keep on track with billing it would be great if the Telstra app did a reminder so I never forgot to pay my bill in time again. Is it possible to please cancel the late fee $15 as i have been Loyal customer of 20 years

You can set up an SMS or Email Bill Reminder in your Telstra My Account.

As for getting the $15 late payment fee reimbursed, you'll need to contact Telstra Billing either via Live Chat

Or ring 132200.
