Bills issues

Hello,
I had a contract in telstra and left Australia back to my country a month ago, I paid all my fees for leaving telstra and disconnected my number. new bills were sent to my email and I want to understand why. The live chat isn't working

The only other way of contacting booking is via +61 439 125 109

Crowdsupport is not an official support forum and nobody here can access billing systems.

As far as live chat goes, you need to tell your browser to use the desktop site if your are on a mobile device.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
