Cancel Existing Credit Card Fortnightly Payment

I have a few times attempted to cancel my fortnightly automatic drawing by Telstra from my Debit Card, received the confirmation screen saying takes a few business working days, but, Telstra is continuing to draw from my Debit Card, I'm now $200 in the green and I cannot find the correct area to cancel this payment. the last time I tried the web page said there is no account details that is being drawn from, but I did the cancel the automatic payment anyway. Now I find out Telstra is still automatically drawing from my Debit Card. can any-one point me in to correct direction to stop the automatic payment?

If you've tried the automated system and it's not working I would suggest either calling them on 132200 or using the Live Chat service and having it manually removed.
