Cannot download latest bill

Hi folks,


I've had constant trouble downloading my bill online. The link leads to an old bill, not the current one. And today the link isn't working at all. My boss has spoken to Telstra, to no avail. I've tried to set up email billing but our account is apparently not eligible for email billing. Does anyone have a workaround?
