You can receive a monthly pension concession discount on access charges, usage and other features on your Telstra Fixed Line service as well as a one-off connection charge discount. The level of discount you get depends on how much you spend on eligible calls and which plan you choose.
The Pensioner Discount isn't automatically applied. Customers must ask for it to be applied to their service. Customer will also need to re-apply for the concession if they're new or returning to Telstra
