Change address to which bills are sent.

Recently I spoke to a telstra representative by phone that I was not recieving telstra bills, just a late payment notice. It turns out my bills were being emailed to another party. I was assured that in the future the new email I provided would be the one to which the bills would be forwarded but this is not happening.

If you can please live chat with us at this link  https://www.telstra.com.au/chatnow/landing we can check these settings for you. You can also check your junk mail folder in your email program to see if the bills are going there.
