Your best bet will be to ensure that the payment has gone through on your end, checking that it has been debited from your account. If it has, verify the account that it was paid to and that it matches the bill you're receiving.


If these do all match up, you will just need to get in touch with our team on 132200 to check the payments and balances of your account. We can track the payment further from our end.
