Contacting Credit Management from a disconnected service.

I would like to pay half my account as it’s in arrears of $1495 and has been disconnected. How am I supposed to contact them if my service has been disconnected? Can I not email them?

Have you been able to get onto us regarding this at all yet?

You can also contact our billing team here:  https://www.telstra.com.au/chatnow/landing.

They may be able to arrange a call from credit management, to negotiate your account as well.

No email I'm afraid. You could try a payphone, few and far between, but they still exist. Or borrow someone's phone to call (free call from a Telstra phone).
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
