Credit Management

Hi there

Can someone from Telstra tell me what the credit management process is they all seem like robots. I have been with Telstra for 5 years for all my internet mobile and Foxtel I have never had a problem paying my bill until I was hit with a $2000 bill 2 months ago I'm overdue now and it's not that I don't want to pay I just want a suitable arrangement so that I can afford to eat as well but they seem to make it very hard . Is there anyone in Telstra that can help . I need my phone for my business if it gets disconnected I won't make any money.

I can definitely understand how having such a high bill can make things difficult Petej1303.

If you need to arrange a repayment plan for an amount between $1000 and $2000 then a team leader via 13 22 00 can help. They can arrange an extension for up to eight weeks to make the payment, but if a longer repayment is needed then they can put you through to our Credit Management teams who can discuss other options.

Hi my phone has been disconnEcted and i really need it switched back on to pay my bill i am unable to visit a telstra store as i live too far away and i am unable to call as my phone is disconnected. I really need to speak to credit management
