Good luck with that. I just tried to contact someone/anyone and all I got was a virtual assistant which froze after waiting for over half an hour. Then tried the actual phone number proffered and promptly told, after punching in my date of birth, that I’d called outside business hours. I can’t even stop my automatic payment even though it’s clearly higher than it should be.
