Disconnected from service

Hello I am restricted from the Telstra App and unable to connect with Telstra via phone.

I set up direct debit when my phone plan commenced. I am unable to contact anyone as my phone is disconnected to see if issues with direct debit have occurred

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
