Disconnection notice

I have an overdue account of so many dollars and also a Payment Extension agreed  for of so many dollars (about a few dollars more in cost) which is also overdue for the same overdue account. Can I pay the overdue balance amount only now to avoid suspension or do I have to pay the  second amount ? Refer message below extracted from my Bigpond account.Bill query CrowdSupport.JPG

Re: Disconnection notice

Hey HetroElectro,

If you are to make a payment for the overdue balance that the extension has been approved for then this will ensure you avoid any suspension to the account. Any balance left after that payment is received would have a different due date that you will have to make payment by.

If you need another payment extension then this will need to be arranged closer to the new due date for this balance.

Thanks Dan, I think the wording of the 4th sentence of the message was ambiguous as I read things very literally. Kind regards Hetro
