Dispute bill

Hi, my name is Demmy.
I received a bill on Wednesday from Telstra for $231. That is the home bundle plus my mobile package . We waited a few months for nbn to be connected without anyone tell us any information, the connection guy lying about when he came and tried to change or plan, and no contact made form Telstra when I was informed on multiple occasions that they would call me back. NBN was finally connected on the 30th of November . I really do not understand how you can charge me the whole amount now.

Telstra charges a month in advance and the first bill is usually more than you expected because of this. If you think you have been incorrectly charged you can ring billing on 132200 and request a credit for the time you were not connected.
