Hi Telstra

I’ve been double charged for a while now. As well as this, I’ve been a Telstra customer for some time

I want to know how I can get reimbursed for the duplication of payment and charges while I’ve been a Telstra customer

You need to give billing a call on 132200 and speak to a consultant.
If you can't resolve it there, lodge a formal complaint via http://telstra.com/complaints
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
