@AlireZa88 The first thing to try is to reboot your mobile and see if that helped?

 

It could be that the system hasn't fully updated the request yet?

 

Otherwise, I'd get in touch with credit management and they will be able to investigate the account & advise what can be done.

 

Call 13 22 00 and say "Credit Management" from 8am to 9pm.
